📁 Create and manage folders

Create a new folder

To create a new folder:

    \n
  1. Go to CRM > Contacts > Lists.
    2. \n
  2. Click the folder dropdown.
    3. \n
  3. Click Create a new folder.

    4. \n
  4. Name your folder.
    5. \n
  5. Click Create folder.
    6. \n

Your folder has been created. You can now add lists to it.

Manage your folders

To manage a folder:

    \n
  1. Go to CRM > Contacts > Lists.
    2. \n
  2. Click the folder dropdown.
    3. \n
  3. Select the folder you want to manage. From there you can:

    1. Click Edit folder to change a folder's name.
      2. \n

      Click Delete folder.

      ❗️ Important
      \n Deleting a folder will also delete all the lists inside\n of it. However,\n the contacts inside those lists are not be deleted.\n Instead, they are removed from the deleted lists but\n remain accessible from the\n Contacts page.\n

Create a new list

To create a list:

    \n
  1. Go to CRM > Contacts > Lists.
    2. \n
  2. Click Create a list.

  3. Name your list.
    4. \n
  4. Select in which folder you want to add your list.
    5. \n
  5. Click Create list.
     
    6. \n

Your list has been created. You can now add contacts to it.

Manage your lists

To manage a list:

  1. Go to CRM > Contacts > Lists.
    2. \n
  2. In the Actions column next to the list you want to manage, click the three-dot menu icon .
    3. \n
  3. Select an option to manage your list:
