Brevo’s Phone Contacts features make it easier for you to manage your contacts and keep track of your calls. There are different ways to add Phone contacts in Brevo, you can normally create a contact in your Brevo account, but you can also directly save a contact from the Phone app. In this article, we'll explain how to do it.
Creating a Contact from Brevo Phone
You can create a new contact in Brevo Phone during or after a call. This will automatically add the phone number to the contact information.
To create a new contact during or after a call, follow these steps:
- Dial the number in the Phone dialer. Click Add name during or after the call.
- Write the name of the contact and click Save.
- You will now see the contact's name with the number. Your new contact was successfully created. Click View profile to see the contact's detail page. You can also find your created contact in the Contacts listing.
