If your SMS campaign appears under the In review tab, it means the support team needs to check a few things before sending the campaign to your contacts.
🚀 First campaigns
Your first few campaigns may undergo a manual content review by the support team and the following information message will appear:
Your sms campaign is under review. Most campaigns are reviewed within 2-3 hours. If you need to send the campaign urgently, please contact support. |
Once reviewed, you'll find your campaigns either:
- in the Rejected tab if the support team rejected the content.
- in the Sent tab if the support team approved the content.
If you need more information about why your campaign was rejected, you can contact our support team.
👛 Credits
If you don’t see your credits appear in your account after the purchase, contact our support team so they can manually validate your credits.
