Sync your contacts from Pipedrive to Brevo using Make

Make is a tool that allows you to visually create, build, and automate workflows. Use Make to sync your contacts from Pipedrive to Brevo. You can choose to automatically add contacts from deals, stages, and pipelines to your Brevo account.

In this article, we're going to sync our new Pipedrive contacts to Brevo, but you can easily adapt it to your needs by selecting different triggers and actions.

Good to know

You can sync your contacts from Pipedrive to Brevo in multiple ways:

  • Creating your own integration with Make. This is the method explained in this help article.
  • Using Brevo’s Pipedrive integration.
  • Creating your own integration with Zapier.

Step 1: Create the trigger

  1. Log in to Make or create a new account.
  2. Create a new scenario.

  3. Search and select the Pipedrive CRM app.

  4. Select New Person Event.

  5. Click Create a webhook.
  6. Name the webhook.
  7. Next to My Pipedrive connection, click Add and use either your Pipedrive API token or an OAuth connection.
  8. Select added as the event action that should trigger the workflow.

  9. Save the trigger.

Step 2: Create the action

  1. Click +  to add another module next to the trigger.
  2. Search and select the Brevo app.

  3. Select Create a contact.
  4. Next to My Brevo connection, click Add and enter your Brevo API key.
  5. Map your Brevo attributes to Pipedrive fields.

    💡 Good to know
    If you're unsure which fields to use, click Run once to run the workflow. You will then be able to see an example of the variables to the right of their name. For arrays like email or phone, make sure you select the value.
  6. Select the Brevo list to which the contacts will be added.

  7. Save the action.

Step 3: Test and save the workflow

  1. Click Run once to test the workflow. Try creating a new contact in Pipedrive and verify that the workflow worked.
    💡 Good to know

    If you receive an error message, open the logs for more details. Resolve the issue based on the log details, then run the workflow again.

  2. To complete the setup, activate the Immediately as data arrives option. This ensures that every new Pipedrive contact is instantly synced with Brevo.
