Phone provides you with a phone number that can be used for both incoming and outgoing calls. The phone number associated with your account is free, and you can easily call your Brevo contacts with just one click.
You have the choice between two plans when using Phone:
- Free plan: Enjoy the core functionalities of Phone.
- Pro plan: For 19€ per month and per user, gain access to advanced features and additional benefits.

👛 How do credits work?
Phone uses credits only when you make an outbound call. You start getting charged when your contact picks up or when the call goes to voicemail. The number of credits used per minute for a call depends on what country you are calling. To learn more about the pricing per country, check this file.
On a Pro plan, local outbound calls to the US, Canada, France, and Germany are free.
With a Free plan, you get 300 credits once. With a Pro plan, you get 500 monthly credits per user. With the trial plan, you get 150 credits once.
❓ Can I change my plan?
Yes. To change your plan and either downgrade to a Free plan or upgrade to the Pro plan:
- Click the account dropdown > My plan.
- On the Upgrade Plan tab, select the Phone plan.

💡 Good to knowIf you downgrade to a Free plan, you will still have access to the Pro plan features until your next usual billing day.If you upgrade to the Pro plan, you will be charged the full amount on that day if you don't already have a Brevo plan. If you already have a plan, you will only be charged a prorated amount until your usual billing day.
