About Sales Platform pricing plan

Our Sales platform provides tools to help you manage and optimize your sales process, thanks to customized sales pipelines, sales automation to automate repetitive tasks, and a task management system. You can also use our phone and meeting applications to manage your sales activities.

You have the choice between two plans when using the Sales Platform:

  • Free plan: Enjoy the core functionalities of Sales Platform.
  • Pro plan: For 9€ per month and per user, remove any limitations and gain access to additional benefits.

❗️ Important
If you upgrade at least one user to a Pro plan, you need to upgrade all users that require access to deal, task, and company management features. One of these users has to be the account admin. Users that have not been upgraded will lose access to those features. You can also edit the permissions of users that do not require access to the Sales Platform.

🧩 Add-ons

Whether you have a Free or Pro plan, you can access the following add-ons:

  • Brevo Payments: send payment links to your customers and receive your payments from Brevo, only if your company is located in France for the moment.
  • Brevo Phone: get one phone number for all users and use it for both incoming and outcoming calls with your Brevo contacts.

❓ FAQs

Do I need to upgrade my plan?

It depends on your needs. The main difference between the Free and the Pro plans is that a Free plan only allows you to have 50 open deals at a time and one pipeline. If you don't need more than that, then you don't have to upgrade.

Can I have more than 50 deals on a Free plan?

On a Free plan, you can have as many deals as you want, as long as you do not have more than 50 open deals at the same time. If you reach this limit, you can either close some deals to create new ones or upgrade to a Pro plan.

Will I lose my open deals if I don't upgrade?

If you currently have more than 50 open deals, you will not lose any open deals that exceed the limit. You will just not be able to open any new deals until you are below this limit. If you require more than 50 open deals, we recommend upgrading to a Pro plan.

How can I change my plan?

To change your plan and either downgrade to a Free plan or upgrade to the Pro plan:

  1. Click the account dropdown > My plan.
  2. On the Subscriptions tab, go to the Sales Platform plan.
  3. Click Upgrade your plan.
  4. Select the plan you want.
    💡 Good to know
    If you downgrade to a Free plan, you will still have access to the Pro plan features until your next usual billing day.
    If you upgrade to the Pro plan, you will be charged the full amount on that day.
