Avoid spending too much time searching and scrolling to find one of your campaigns or templates by easily creating folders to organize them. You can group your campaigns and templates based on themes, dates, target audience, promotional events, or any other criteria that align with your business.
Good to know
- Folders are available for email campaigns, and email and WhatsApp templates. Your email and WhatsApp templates can be stored in the same folder.
- You can create up to 500 folders including subfolders, and store a maximum of 3 000 campaigns or templates in one single folder.
- You can add your campaign or template to only one folder.
📁 Create, access, and edit a folder
Create a folder
- Go to Campaigns > Email or Campaigns > Templates > Email or WhatsApp.
- Click Create a folder.
- In the Folder name field, enter a name for your folder, here Black Friday 2023. We recommend choosing a short name that will help you find it easily in the list of your folders.
- Click Create.
Congratulations! 🎉 You created a folder for your campaigns or templates.
Access and edit a folder
To access your folders, click Folders at the top of your Campaigns > Emails or Campaigns > Templates > Email or WhatsApp page and click a folder name to open it.
Once opened you can:

Rename, Move to a folder, or Delete your folder by clicking the three-dot icon next to your folder name, or
- Create a sub-folder by clicking Create a folder. Sub-folders behave in the same way as parent folders. You can only create one level of sub-folders.
- Rename or Delete your folder by clicking the three-dot icon next to your folder name.

- Move to a folder by selecting the template(s) you want to add to a folder and clicking Move to new folder.
📨 Add, move, or remove an email from a folder
Add or move to a folder
To add or move an email to a specific folder:
- From your campaigns or templates main list or your folder list, select the campaigns or templates you want to move to a folder.
- Click Add to folder or Move to new folder.
- Select a folder in the drop-down list to which you want to move the campaigns or templates you selected.
- Click Add or Move.
Once added to a specific folder, your campaign or template will be assigned a tag with the name of the folder in which it is located:
Remove from a folder
- From your folder list, select the campaign or template you want to remove from your folder.
- Click Remove.
- Click Remove in the dialog box.
