Getting started with Deals

In this Getting started with Deals guide, we will give you an overview of how you can use Deals within Brevo to improve your customer relationship management (CRM).

What are deals?

Deals represent opportunities for a business to sell its products or services to a contact or company. Your deals move through various stages in a pipeline, which represents your sales process. Additionally, you can create tasks to monitor important actions. Whether you're already familiar with CRMs or not, deals are a straightforward and intuitive way to keep track of all your sales activities.

🧶 Customize your Sales Pipeline

By default, your pipeline contains 7 stages, including the Won and Lost stages. However, depending on your type of business and your needs, you may need to customize your pipeline to reflect your sales process.

🚀 Take your sales activities to the next step

  • Automate your sales activities
Automating can help you streamline your sales processes, reduce errors, and improve collaboration. For example, you can automatically create a deal when a contact submits a form or automatically send an email after a deal stage update.

  • Create and manage custom attributes
You can create your own custom deals and companies attributes to store additional information for your deals and companies that are not available in the default attributes. For example, you can create attributes to store a demo date for a deal or a company's address.
