In your Transactional > Logs, the event Loaded by proxy is related to Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) that can be activated by Apple Mail users. Apple Mail Privacy Protection protects its users' privacy by automatically reporting their emails as opened to email marketing tools such as Brevo.

If one of your contacts has the Apple Mail Privacy Protection option activated, it is not possible to clearly determine which emails they have opened themselves. Brevo only knows that the Loaded by proxy event means that your email was received by your recipient and may have been opened.
