The Agency Referral add-on is an invite-only initiative within the Agency Partner Program based on partner performance. Only Master and Elite Agency partners are eligible to participate. This program add-on is designed to provide you with more projects, facilitated by both the Brevo and Partner Page teams.

How the Agency Referral Add-on works
- Customers search the Brevo Agency Directory for help from experts like you.
-
Customers provide project details to find a match.
Customers click the Get match button, where they can provide details such as name, location, budget, language, and required services. This information matches them with suitable partners based on their specified service offerings. -
Partners receive an offer when a project match is made
When a match is made, you'll receive two emails:- Introduction Email: Customer CC'd for direct communication.
-
Notification Email: Prompt to update your status and partner page.
Manage projects
-
Initial Status: Accept or decline the lead.
- Active Status: Engage with the customer to finalize project details.
- Progress Updates: Update status with minor progress details (e.g., call booked, proposal sent).
-
Secured Status: Once the deal is won, update with the deal value, estimated completion time, and scope of work and attach the agreement.
-
Completing Projects: Upon project completion, hit the “Complete” button. Once you provide the final project scope and value details a customer net promoter score (NPS) survey will be sent out.
Payment and referral fee
All projects referred to you by Brevo's marketplace through the PartnerPage platform will be subject to a 12.5% processing and referral fee.
You can either:
- Use a Stripe link (Partner Page covers processing fees and deducts 12.5%).
- Use your regular payment methods and fill out a revenue share payment form.
Relevant Metrics
We track key metrics to ensure program success:
- Time to Reply: Aim to stay close to the marketplace average.
- Win Rates: Indicate the types of projects you prefer to work on to maintain a high win rate.
- NPS Scores: Monitor to ensure high-quality customer service.
Referral program participation criteria
You must be a Master or Elite Partner.
To maintain membership in the Brevo Referral Program, each partner must refer at least 2 new paid self-service clients or one Enterprise client to Brevo annually.
This requirement is evaluated at the end of each year. These clients must be unique and not leads that have been referred by Brevo. The eligibility to receive new project referrals is structured into three tiers based on the number of clients referred:
- Tier 1: Referral of 2 new paid self-service clients makes the partner eligible to be referred at least at 2 new projects a quarter.
- Tier 2: Referral of 4 new paid self-service clients makes the partner eligible to be referred at least 4 new projects a quarter.
- Tier 3: Referral of 6 new paid self-service clients makes the partner eligible to be referred at least 6 new projects a quarter.
Projects with a budget bigger than $1,000 will be prioritized for partners in Tier 3.
Alternatively, referring at least one qualified Enterprise lead annually can also meet the minimum requirement for eligibility in Tier 3.
If Partners don’t manage to bring in at least 2 new paid clients within a year, they won’t be eligible to receive future referrals. But don’t worry! Your Agency partner tier, whether Master or Elite, will stay the same, keeping your revenue share percentage for new paying clients you’ve invited unchanged.
While we aim to refer the number of clients specified in each partner tier, we can't guarantee referrals every time. The allocation of referrals is based on a mix of factors like client needs, project suitability, and whether there are available projects that match your expertise. We're committed to distributing referrals fairly and optimally, but can’t promise a fixed number or type of referrals for any partner.
