From your Admin account, you can manage which apps are accessible to your sub-organizations. The sub-organizations cannot manage their own apps or view disabled apps. This allows you to sell the apps to the sub-organizations, or to simply have more control.
Good to know
You need to enable the apps for each sub-organization separately, which allows for more customization and control over the sub-organizations.
Manage the apps for your sub-organizations
To manage the apps enabled for a sub-organization:
-
From the homepage, click the gear icon next to Apps activated in a sub-organization. The number displayed next to Apps activated is the number of apps currently enabled for the sub-organization.
-
To manage the apps:
-
Toggle on the apps that you want to enable for the selected sub-organization.
-
Toggle off the apps you want to disable for the selected sub-organization.
-
Edit permissions for users to manage the apps
If you have several users on the Admin account, the owner can decide who has permission to manage the apps for the sub-organizations.
- Go to the Users tab.
- In the Admin users tab, click the pen and sheet icon next to the name of the user.
- Choose Personalized access.
- Check the Apps Management box to give the user permission to manage the apps. Uncheck it to remove permission.
- Click Confirm.
