You can change your personal information directly on My profile page.
How to change my login email address?
- Click the account dropdown and select My profile.
- In the Email address field, enter your new login email address.

Click Update my profile at the bottom of the page.
Your login email address is updated.
❗️ Important
If you want to change a login email address because the owner of the account no longer works at your company but you don't know the old password, make sure you also reset the password by clicking I forgot my password.How to change my password?
- Click the account dropdown and select My profile.
- Go to the Password tab.
- In the Current password field, enter your current password.
- In the New password field, enter your new password.
- Click Update my password.
Your password is updated.
