Can I add an update profile form in my newsletter?

You cannot embed forms directly in your newsletter. However, you can add a link redirecting to your update profile form in your email. This way, when receiving the email, users can click the link or button and will be automatically directed to the form webpage to fill-in information.

If you want new customers to update their preferences, you can link your form in your newsletter. This way, customers will click the button or link, choose their preferences and their information will be updated in your list.

You can insert the link to your form either by using a button, or a adding a link in your text:
