Installing the Brevo Tracker enables you to track, through Brevo, all of the pages on your website visited by your contacts. Once identified, contacts will be automatically added on Brevo and can be entered in your Marketing Automation workflows.

Why should I add the tracker on my website?
With the tracker, you will be able to create custom workflows based on visits and actions to specific pages of your website.
For example, if you have an e-commerce site, you can send a targeted email to your contacts based on a visit to a specific category (for example shoes, suits, etc.), as well as send abandoned cart, birthday or welcome emails.
How to install the tracker?
We propose 3 methods to install the tracker in Automation > Settings > Tracking code.
We strongly recommend you to use one of our plugins, however, if your online shop is not part of our plugins, you can use Google Tag Manager or install it manually with the help of your developers.
Use one of our plugins [Strongly recommended]
If your website is on one of these platforms, you can use the plugin to install the tracker in just a few clicks. We strongly recommend you to use this method because it'll only take a few clicks to install the tracker.

Use Google Tag Manager
If you're using another platform for which we don't have a plugin for, we recommend you to use Google Tag Manager to install the tracker. [Strongly recommended if no plugin]

Install the tracker manually [Advanced]
As a last and more advanced option, you can manually add the tracker on your website. You will need the help of a developper to use this method, but it'll only take a few minutes.
