You can create views to show your contacts, deals, and companies based on a combination of filters, attribute columns, and table content sorting of your choice. These views appear as tabs on your Contacts, Deals, and Companies pages, giving you instant access to your most relevant contacts, deals, or companies.
Good to know
You can view, filter, and sort contacts, deals, and companies in the default All contacts, All deals, All companies and My contacts, My deals, My companies tabs, but changes to these views can only be saved as a new view.
➕ Create a view
You can create a view from scratch or from an existing view if you want to keep some of the customization you have already added.
Create a view from scratch
- Go to:
- For contacts: CRM > Contacts.
- For deals: CRM > Deals.
- For companies: CRM > Companies.
- Click the plus icon next to the Views tabs > Create view.
- Give a name to your view.
- Click Create view.

To customize your Contacts view:

To customize your Deals view:
- Choose between the Cards or List view:
- On the Cards view, you can sort your deals.

To customize your Companies view:
- Filter your companies by attributes.

- Click the save icon 💾 > Save changes.
The view is saved.
Create a view from an existing view
- Go to:
- For contacts: CRM > Contacts.
- For deals: CRM > Deals.
- For companies: CRM > Companies.
- Click the tab corresponding to the existing view.

- Click the save icon 💾 > Save as new view.
- Give a name to your review.
- Click Save as new view to confirm.
The view is saved.
⚙️ Manage views
To manage your views:
- Go to:
- For contacts: CRM > Contacts.
- For deals: CRM > Deals.
- For companies: CRM > Companies.
- To close a view, click the cross icon next to the tab name.
- To add a view, click the plus icon next to the tabs and select the view you want to display.
- To edit or delete a view:
- Click the gear icon ⚙️ next to the tabs.
- Next to a view, click the three-dot icon in the Actions column to:
- Rename a view.
- Delete a view.
