Manually delete contacts from your Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Manually delete contacts from your Customer Data Platform (CDP) account and automatically propagate the deletion to linked CRM sub-accounts. This ensures deleted contacts are not re-downloaded during the next data sync.

  • Contains at least one deduplication key from your contacts dataset configuration (such as email, phone number, or any custom deduplication key).
  • Can contain multiple columns, but the columns have to match a single deduplication key.
  • Column header has to be the exact field name of the deduplication key in the contacts dataset.
