To enable Apple Wallet passes for your contacts, you need to create an Apple certificate and connect it to your Brevo account.
Before you start
🧑💻 Access requirements
- You need access to your Apple Developer account as account holder or admin.
- You need a Mac computer with Keychain Access.
- Ensure you know which Pass Type identifier (ID) your certificate is associated with.
💡 Important reminders
- Always use the same Pass Type ID identifier when extending a certificate. Never create a new identifier.
- Keep your certificate file secure as it contains important credentials.
- You can only add one Apple certificate per Brevo account. A certificate cannot be deleted because it is linked to contacts who used it to add their wallet card. If the certificate is removed, those contacts will no longer receive notifications or updates associated with cards created under that certificate.
