The engineers in charge of production applications are also controlled each time they access the production environments. A centralized role management system is used to define and control engineer access to the production services.

As part of our security protocol, engineers are required to authenticate themselves using short-lived individual public key certificates. The issuing of these certificates is also protected by a two-factor authentication.
