To guarantee minimal latency, we have SMTP relays in several different geographical locations. When you use smtp-relay.brevo.com you will be automatically connected to the best-performing SMTP relay available.

If the servers that contact our SMTP relay are in Europe, the SMTP servers used are generally located in Europe. 

The SMTP relays do not store any of the data; they simply pass it on to our data centers in Europe.
