Brevo does not provide support for the Shopware plugin. For assistance, log into your Shopware account and create a ticket.
In this article, we will explain how to access the Settings page for the Shopware and PlentyMarkets integrations.
If you have an active integration with Brevo and want to access the settings page:
- Log into your online shop backoffice
- Go to the Brevo plugin
- Click Open App
You will be redirected to the integration settings page in Brevo.
💡 Good to know
At the moment, you can connect only one store to one Brevo account.
