Differences between the List view and Cards view

You can visualize your deals using two different and equally useful views:

On the Deals page, the Cards view allows you to:

  • Display the deals according to their stages in the sales pipeline.
  • Drag and drop deals to move them across stages.
  • Easily view the number of deals in a stage, their total amount, and their estimated revenue to help you get a picture of the progress of the deals.
  • View the due and overdue tasks associated with your deals.
  • Filter your deals, for example by owner, stage, creation date, or close date. This helps you focus on specific deals, such as those you own or open deals only. To learn more about filtering your deals, check our dedicated article Filter your deals.
    💡 Good to know
    The Cards view only displays up to 1000 deals, prioritizing the most recent deals and the ones with applied filters. If you have more than 1000 deals and want to see all of them, switch to the List view.
