As an Expert partner, you can invite your clients directly from your Brevo account and easily access and manage their accounts. Alternatively, your clients can invite you as their partner on their end.
Who can I invite?
You can invite any client that has not yet been associated with another partner user.
How can I invite my clients?
- In your Brevo account, click the account dropdown and select Clients & Users.
💡 Good to knowTo see Clients & Users, you first have to be approved for the Experts program at www.brevo.com/experts. If you’re already an Expert partner and still don’t see this option, contact our support team by creating a support ticket from your account.
- Click Invite a client.
- This step of the procedure will differ depending on whether your client has a Brevo account or not:

If your client already has an account, provide their email address. We will send an email to your client and ask them to confirm that they are working with you. When the client confirms, their account will be automatically linked and attributed to your partner account.

If your client doesn’t have a Brevo account yet, you'll need to fill in the following information. Then, they’ll receive an email inviting them to create an account.

Client status
Once you send the invitation, you’ll see their email address in your dashboard with the status Pending.
Once they have a free Brevo account and they approve you as their partner user, you should see them in your dashboard with the updated status as Lead.
Once they purchase a Brevo paid plan, their status will be changed to Customer and you’ll see the First payment date. You’ll start earning commissions starting at 10% on their recurring plan for 24 months following the first payment.
You can check your rewards by logging into your PartnerStack account.
Is my client eligible for commissions?
Commissions apply only to clients invited before their initial payment date.
Check the Eligibility tab to determine if your client qualifies for commissions.
By default, all Pending accounts are marked as Non-eligible. However, this status will update once the client accepts your invitation.
Note that commissions are valid for 24 months from the first payment date. We will not reward transactions that were refunded or had discounts applied. Additionally, commissions only apply to recurring plans. Products like IP addresses are excluded.
How can I switch across the different client accounts?
- Click the account dropdown and select Switch account.
- You will see an overview of your clients' accounts that have granted you access. Choose which one to access.
Note that the first account listed is your own Expert partner account. The subsequent accounts are your clients' accounts, identifiable by their company names.
If you manage two clients with the same company name, we recommend asking your client to modify their company name for easier identification. They can do this by navigating to My Profile > Company Information > Company / Organization.
Can my colleagues access my clients’ accounts?
Note that clients can only have one partner user associated with their account at any given time.
Furthermore, additional users from the partner's side cannot access the client accounts linked to the owner account. We recommend using a shared email address for the owner account, allowing colleagues to access the Brevo account as well.
Where is my referral link?
Currently, we do not provide affiliate links in the Expert program. These are available only in the Affiliate program, which is designed for high volumes of anonymous traffic via content promotion. For more details about this program, visit https://brevo.com/affiliates.
Note that partners cannot participate in two partner programs simultaneously.
Can I refer an Enterprise lead?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated team ready to support you through every step, including demos, pricing strategies, objection handling, and presenting Brevo. Additionally, we offer special benefits such as a high revenue share (25% for 12 or 24 months) and priority in receiving new projects.
