We pay our Expert partners monthly through an automated rewards system hosted by PartnerStack.
Where to see my funds?
In the top half of your Rewards & Withdrawals tab, you will see your Available funds and Projected earnings cards.
- The Available funds card shows the rewards that are available to withdraw and gives you the option to connect a payout provider by clicking Setup withdrawals. If you have not yet linked a payment provider, see PartnerStack’s Adding a payment provider support guide.
When do I get paid?
PartnerStack's automated rewards system lets you cash out your earnings on the 13th of each month if there are no invoicing delays.
Keep in mind that there can be unpredicted delays in payouts that could result in your rewards coming after the 13th.
Don't forget - your rewards will be reviewed each month before payout.
Are my rewards validated?
When you earn a commission, it will first appear under the Commissions section of your Commissions tab with a status of Pending approval and an estimated payment date.
Note that commissions remain in your account as Pending approval until the Brevo team approves them.
How do I cash out my rewards?
When your rewards are available for cash out, you’ll get an email notification from PartnerStack.
To cash out your available rewards:
- Log in to your account.
- Select Comissions in the top menu bar.
- Confirm that your connected payout provider (Stripe, PayPal, or bank account) is accurate.
- Click Withdraw.
