🛑 Sending limits for Marketing Platform and Messaging plans
Daily sending limit on the free plans
Our Free plan has a sending limit of 300 emails per day. These emails can be used both for email campaigns and transactional emails.
You can view the number of emails left for the day in Usage and plan at the top-right of your screen:
If you hit the daily limit, you will be able to manually send your email to all your contacts on the next days thanks to the Requeue feature. You can also upgrade your plan to remove this daily sending limit.
Monthly email volume on the Starter and Business plans
Our Starter and Business plans are limited to the personalized monthly email volume included in the plan purchased. This monthly email volume can be used for both email campaigns and transactional emails:

Monthly email volume on the Messaging API plan
Our Messaging API plan is limited to the monthly email volume you choose. This monthly email volume can be used only for transactional emails:

Sending limits on the Enterprise plan
The sending limits on the Enterprise plan are defined with your Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you hit the limit, you can contact your CSM to increase it or activate overages. 🛑 Sending limits with pre-paid email credits
Pre-paid email credits, also called Pay as you go emails, are used separately from monthly and yearly plans. They are unavailable through subscription plans, and the price depends on the volume of email credits. Pre-payed email credits never expire, and unused credits continue to roll over each month.

Pre-paid SMS and WhatsApp credits are used separately from monthly and yearly plans. They are unavailable through subscription plans, and the price depends on the volume of credits and message destination. Pre-paid SMS and WhatsApp credits never expire, and unused credits continue to roll over each month.
For transactional SMS, you can send a maximum of 250 SMS per day and 10 SMS per minute. To receive an email notification before you run off SMS credits:
