The LinkedIn Leads integration lets you automatically sync leads from your LinkedIn Lead Ad Forms into Brevo as contacts in real time. Once set up, any new lead captured on LinkedIn is added to a Brevo contact list of your choice, with form fields mapped to contact attributes automatically.

The LinkedIn Leads integration for Brevo is free and allows you to:

  • Sync leads from LinkedIn Lead Ad Forms to Brevo in real time
    Automatically add new leads to Brevo as contacts the moment they submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen form. This lets you target them with multi-channel campaigns and manage your relationship with them in one place.
  • Map any LinkedIn Lead Gen form to a specific Brevo contact list
    Route leads from different forms into different lists so you can segment and target them effectively.
  • Map form fields to Brevo contact attributes
    First Name, Last Name, and Email are mapped by default. You can map any additional questions from your lead document to existing or new Brevo contact attributes.
  • Support multiple forms
    Connect several LinkedIn Lead Gen forms, each with its own list and field configuration.

Before you start

  • You need an active LinkedIn account with access to a LinkedIn Ads account that has at least one Lead Gen Form.
  • Make sure you have a Brevo contact list ready to receive the synced leads. To learn more, check our dedicated article Create a contact list.

Set up the LinkedIn Leads integration

Follow the steps below to connect your LinkedIn account and start syncing leads into Brevo:

  1. In Brevo, click the account dropdown and select Integrations.
  2. Search for the LinkedIn Leads integration and select it.
  3. Click Set up integration.
  4. Enter a name for your integration.
  5. Click Sync Leads from LinkedIn Ads to Brevo to begin the setup.

Step 1: Connect your LinkedIn account to sync leads

  1. Click Log in to LinkedIn.
  2. Sign in with your LinkedIn credentials and authorize Brevo to access your LinkedIn Ads data.
  3. Once connected, click Continue.

Step 2: Select your LinkedIn Ads account

  1. From the dropdown, select the LinkedIn Ads account you want to sync leads from.
  2. Click Use this ad account.

Step 3: Map your LinkedIn Lead Gen form fields to Brevo

  1. From the LinkedIn lead document dropdown, select the LinkedIn Lead Gen form you want to sync.
  2. From the Brevo contact list dropdown, select the contact list where synced leads will be added.

  3. Under the LinkedIn lead document questions and Brevo contact attributes columns, map each form field to its corresponding Brevo contact attribute.

    💡 Good to know
    If the corresponding Brevo contact attribute doesn't exist yet, select Create a new attribute from the bottom of the dropdown.
  4. (Optional) To sync another LinkedIn Lead Gen form, click Add lead document and repeat steps 1 to 3.

  5. Click Save mapping and continue.

Step 4: Activate the integration

  1. Review your configuration.
  2. Click Save and activate.

Your integration is now active. New leads submitted through the selected LinkedIn Lead Gen form will be synced to Brevo in real time.
