You can export your deals and their attributes as a CSV file.
When updating your existing deals in bulk or associating them with existing contacts or companies, you need to provide the IDs of these deals. IDs are unique series of numbers and letters automatically created for each deal and can only be retrieved through an export:
💡 Good to know
When importing a file that contains the ID of existing deals, they'll automatically be recognized by our system. If you don't include the ID of your existing deals in your import file, they won't be recognized by our system and will be created as new deals.Export your deals
To export your deals:
- Go to Deals.
- From the
List view, select the deals that you want to export.
- To select multiple individual deals, select the checkboxes next to the deals.
- To select all of the deals on your current page, select the checkbox at the top left of the table.
- To select all of the deals on your current list or database, select the checkbox at the top left of the table and click Select all ## deals.
- Click Export.
- Select the attributes you want to include in your export. The deal ID and name are always selected.
💡 Good to knowActivities on deals, such as notes, files, or emails, cannot be exported. - Select the CSV field separator you want to use: semicolon (;) or comma (,).
- (Optional) Activate Remember my preferences for next time to save the attributes and file setup as the default for future deal exports.
- Once you're done, click Start export.
- Download the CSV file in your Notifications.
