Brevo allows you to download your email campaigns in a PDF version if you want to save a preview on your computer or print them. You can download a campaign on which you are working in the drag and drop, or a campaign you've already sent.
Good to know
Only email campaigns under 30MB can be downloaded as a PDF.
📝 Download a draft campaign
You can only download a PDF version of draft campaigns designed with the drag and drop editor. To create a copy of your draft campaign in a PDF version:
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Email.
- Choose Draft from the dropdown list.
- Next to the name of the campaign you want to save as a PDF, click the Edit icon
.
- Next to Design, click Edit Design to open the drag and drop editor.
- If you created a multi-language campaign, select the language in which you want to download your campaign.
- At the top-right of the drag and drop email editor, click the three-dot icon
> Save as PDF.
Congratulations! 🎉 Your downloaded campaign will appear in the download folder of your computer. You can now store it, or share it with others for review.
✈ Download a sent campaign
If you already sent your email campaign but would like to keep a copy in PDF version:
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Email.
- Choose Sent from the dropdown list.
- Next to the name of the campaign you want to save as a PDF, click More action
- If you created a multi-language campaign, select the language in which you want to download your campaign and click Download PDF.
Congratulations! 🎉 Your downloaded campaign will appear in the download folder of your computer. You can now share it with others for review.
