We redesigned the email campaign creation flow to give you a faster and simpler experience. This new campaign creation flow allows you to have, in a single glance, an overview of the email campaign you have created, from its recipients to its subject, sender, design, and even its advanced settings.
After April 1st, 2022, the new campaign creation is available on your account:

👀 FAQs
Some of the options from the classic campaign creation flow have been removed, modified, or moved in the new campaign creation flow. We have created this FAQ to help you find your way around:
We are using the segmentation engine to allow you to add conditions to your existing lists. To find recipients who did not open your campaign:
- From the To step, click Advanced options and + Add a condition.
- From the Events tab, choose They have opened an email and choose the type of email.
- Either choose Not at all or Extacly and 0 time. Then choose a specific period of time.
- Optional: Click Specify this condition if you want to choose a specific campaign.
- Click Validate this condition. The number of recipients is updated.
🚀 Recipients who did not open your email campaign are now filtered!
- After selecting your list of recipients, click Advanced options.
- Click + Add a condition.
- From the Properties tab, choose They are unengaged, or They are engaged, depending on your needs. Add other conditions.
- Optional: Click Specify this condition if you want to choose a specific campaign.
- Click Validate this condition. The number of recipients is updated.
Your campaign will be sent only to unengaged or engaged contacts depending on the option you chose.
The warm-up IP option is available in the Schedule step if you have access to dedicated IP. However, it is not available for A/B test email campaigns. To learn more about dedicated IP, check our dedicated article Introduction to dedicated IP.
Picture Manager can be found in the HTML editor under the Actions menu. It allows you to see all the images you used in your email. You will be able to replace and upload images directly from there. You can also generate a URL for your images if you want to copy it, and all new image URLs are updated automatically in the HTML body.
You can change the name of your campaign by clicking the pencil icon in the header. Your campaign name cannot be changed once the campaign is sent.
You can attach files to your campaigns from the Advanced settings of the new campaign creation flow. You can attach files up to 4 MB in size.
Choose if you want to create a regular or an A/B test email campaign at the beginning of your campaign creation from Campaigns > Email after clicking Create an email campaign.
You cannot change recipients, content, and campaign settings once an email campaign is sent. However, you can re-schedule a sent campaign to send it to any new recipients part of your sent campaign’s list or segment. You cannot switch from a regular email campaign to an A/B test email campaign or vice versa in the new campaign creation flow. You have to choose the type of campaign you want to create at the beginning of your campaign creation, after clicking Create an email campaign.
