With Brevo, you can export your contacts and their contact attributes (such as email address, phone number, creation date, etc.) as a CSV file.
Export your contacts
To export your contacts:
- Go to CRM > Contacts.

Choose the contacts you want to export:
- To export all your contacts, make sure no list or segment is loaded and no filters are applied.

To export a list or a segment, click Load a list or segment and select the desired one.
💡 Good to knowYou can also add filters to refine your contact selection (contact details, email activity, subscription status, etc.).➡️ For example, you can filter your contacts to show only the ones who are not blocklisted from your email campaigns by clicking Add filter > Marketing > Email > Email campaigns subscriptions > Subscribed. Select all the contacts in your database, loaded list or segment:
- Select the checkbox in the CONTACT column.
- Click Select all contacts to select all contacts in your database, loaded list or segment.
- Click More actions > Export.
- Select at least one information you want to export:
- In Attributes, select the standard and custom contact attributes you want in your export (FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, LANGUAGE, etc.).
The EMAIL, LAST CHANGED, and CREATION DATE attributes are selected by default. - Click the System data section to extend it and select List ID to include it in your export.
- Click the Subscriptions section to extend it and select the subscription status you want to export.
- In Attributes, select the standard and custom contact attributes you want in your export (FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, LANGUAGE, etc.).
- Choose your file setup:
- Select the CSV field separator you want to use: semicolon (;) or comma (,).
- (Optional) Activate Send export by email to receive the export with a download link at the email address of the Brevo account owner.
- (Optional) Activate Remember my preferences for next time to save the attributes and file setup as the default for future contact exports.
- Click Start export.

To download the export file from your Notifications: click the bell icon 🔔 next to your account name and click download the file on the corresponding notification.
