Export your contacts from Brevo

❗️ Important
Daily exports have been deprecated since May 30th, 2025. If you have any webhooks or APIs integrated with daily exports, they will stop working. You can still view the lists you previously exported from Contacts > Settings > Daily exports.
For Enterprise users, the Customer Data Platform offers an alternative to daily exports. For more information, check our pricing page or talk to one of our sales experts.

With Brevo, you can export your contacts and their contact attributes (such as email address, phone number, creation date, etc.) as a CSV file.

Export your contacts

To export your contacts:

  1. Go to CRM > Contacts.
  2. Choose the contacts you want to export:
    1. To export all your contacts, make sure no list or segment is loaded and no filters are applied.
    2. To export a list or a segment, click Load a list or segment and select the desired one.

      💡 Good to know
      You can also add filters to refine your contact selection (contact details, email activity, subscription status, etc.).
      ➡️ For example, you can filter your contacts to show only the ones who are not blocklisted from your email campaigns by clicking Add filter > Email > Email campaigns subscriptions > Subscribed. To learn more, check our dedicated article What conditions are available to segment my contacts?.
  3. Select all the contacts in your database, loaded list or segment:
    1. Select the checkbox in the CONTACT column.
    2. Click Select all contacts to select all contacts in your database, loaded list or segment.

  4. Click More actions > Export.

  5. Select at least one information you want to export:
    1. In Attributes, select the standard and custom contact attributes you want in your export (FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, LANGUAGE, etc.).
      The EMAIL, LAST CHANGED, and CREATION DATE attributes are selected by default.
    2. Click the System data section to extend it and select List ID to include it in your export.
    3. Click the Subscriptions section to extend it and select the subscription status you want to export.

  6. Choose your file setup:
    1. Select the CSV field separator you want to use: semicolon (;) or comma (,).
    2. (Optional) Activate Send export by email to receive the export with a download link at the email address of the Brevo account owner.
    3. (Optional) Activate Remember my preferences for next time to save the attributes and file setup as the default for future contact exports.
  7. Click Start export.
  8. To download the export file from your Notifications: click the bell icon 🔔 next to your account name and click download the file on the corresponding notification.
    💡 Good to know
    The export may take a few minutes to complete. If you don't see the notification, refresh the page.
