How can I update my contacts?

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information is crucial for effective communication and successful campaigns. By updating your contacts' information in Brevo, you can ensure that your messages are reaching the right people, with the right information. There are three ways you can update your contacts in Brevo:

Update multiple contacts at once

Brevo allows you to update the information of multiple contacts at once by:

  • Assigning the same owner to multiple contacts at once,
  • Editing the same attribute for multiple contacts at once, or
  • Importing a file with updated information about multiple contacts at once.

Update a single contact

Brevo allows you to update the information of a single contact by going to their details page and editing their existing information.

Let your contacts update their own information

Brevo allows you to let your contacts update their own information by adding an Update Profile form in your emails. This form helps you collect updated information about your contacts, such as their details, preferences, and even which lists they want to be subscribed to.
