Upload a file and Copy/Paste options

💡 Good to know
If necessary, you can have the same phone number for both SMS and WhatsApp attributes. Separate blocklists are used when a contact unsubscribes from receiving SMS or WhatsApp messages.

The Upload a file and Copy/Paste options allow you to upload an import file or paste data that contains your contacts' information to Brevo. To import or copy/paste the phone number of a contact you want to send WhatsApp messages to, create an import file and use the WHATSAPP default attribute as your column header. Always include the + sign and the country code for each phone number, and do not separate the digits by any special character.
