Your booking page is the front of your meeting service. It quickly displays what your brand is and which meeting types you offer. Having an up-to-date booking page that aligns with your brand is important if you want to invite clients to book meetings with you. We advise you to customize your booking page.

Your booking page is created when you first use Brevo's Meetings. However, we recommend you to customize it according to your needs and your brand, to make it more appealing.
In this article, we will explain to you how to customize your booking page.
🎨 Customize your booking page
You might want to change the content and design of your booking page. Thanks to our Page editor page, you can change the content of your booking page at any time.
To do so:
- Go to Meetings > Page Editor.
- Edit the content and design of your booking page.
💡 Good to knowWhile you customize your booking page on the left, you can see the result on the right of the page. To see what your booking page looks like on a mobile device while editing it, click the mobile icon above the booking page preview.
You get to:- Edit the title and add a description for your page.
💡 Good to knowNote that Emojis do not display on your booking page. - Edit your Brand assets.
In this case, your brand assets are the visual representation of your brand on your booking page.
You get to:- Choose your profile picture, this profile picture appears just above the name of your booking page.

Add your logo.
The logo appears on the top left of your booking page, it will also appear on any emails sent related to Meetings (reminders, confirmations, etc.). -
Add an icon for the web page.
This icon will be the favicon that is shown on your browser tab.
- Choose your page color.
Your page color impacts the color of your booking types and the color of the process of booking a meeting for your clients, such as the calendar color and the book now button. This change also impacts the color of any emails sent related to Meetings (reminders, confirmations, etc.). - Edit your booking page link.
Your booking page link is the link you use to access your booking page, the link you send to clients or share anywhere. It is important that your link is short and reflects the meetings you offer. - Edit your meeting types from this page too.
The editing options are the same as when you create or edit a meeting type.

- Edit the title and add a description for your page.
- When your booking page is edited, click Save booking page.
Your booking page is customized. Clients will see the changes anytime they visit it. You are free to customize it at any time again.
