Customize your booking page

Your booking page is the front of your meeting service. It quickly displays what your brand is and which meeting types you offer. Having an up-to-date booking page that aligns with your brand is important if you want to invite clients to book meetings with you. We advise you to customize your booking page.

To learn more about Meetings and what's a booking page, check our dedicated article What is Meetings?

Your booking page is created when you first use Brevo's Meetings. However, we recommend you to customize it according to your needs and your brand, to make it more appealing.

In this article, we will explain to you how to customize your booking page.

In this case, your brand assets are the visual representation of your brand on your booking page.
      You get to:
      • Choose your profile picture, this profile picture appears just above the name of your booking page.
      • Add your logo.
The logo appears on the top left of your booking page, it will also appear on any emails sent related to Meetings (reminders, confirmations, etc.).
      • Add an icon for the web page.
This icon will be the favicon that is shown on your browser tab.
    3. Choose your page color
Your page color impacts the color of your booking types and the color of the process of booking a meeting for your clients, such as the calendar color and the book now button. This change also impacts the color of any emails sent related to Meetings (reminders, confirmations, etc.).
    4. Edit your booking page link
Your booking page link is the link you use to access your booking page, the link you send to clients or share anywhere. It is important that your link is short and reflects the meetings you offer.
