In this article, we will explain how to cancel or reschedule a meeting.
Even when a meeting is booked by clients, you can always decide to cancel or reschedule it.
🚫 Cancel a meeting
- From Brevo, go to Meetings > Planned meetings.
On this page, you can find your upcoming, past, and canceled meetings.
To learn about the planned meetings section and check your planned meetings, check our dedicated article Check and join your planned meetings. - Choose the upcoming meeting you want to cancel.
- Click Details > Cancel meeting.
- Write a message to the participants if you want to justify the cancellation of the meeting.
The message will appear on the email informing your participants of the cancellation. - Click Cancel meeting.
Your meeting is canceled.
All participants in the meeting will receive an email informing them about the cancellation.
When your meeting is canceled, the meeting is moved to the Canceled section of the Planned meetings page.
You can delete this canceled meeting from the Cancelled section at any time, by clicking Details > Delete meeting.
The meeting will be permanently deleted from the Canceled section and Brevo's Meetings.
🔁 Reschedule a meeting
To reschedule a meeting is to postpone the meeting to another slot.
To reschedule a meeting:
- From Brevo, go to Meetings > Planned meetings.
- Choose the upcoming meeting you want to reschedule.
- Click Details > Reschedule meeting.
- Choose a new date and time for your meeting.
- Write a message to the participants if you want to justify the rescheduling of the meeting.
The message will appear on the email informing your participant.s of the reschedule. - Click Confirm meeting.
Your meeting has been rescheduled.
All participants of the meeting will receive an email informing them about the rescheduling.
