The Enterprise solution is only available on a BrevoPlus plan. For more information, check our BrevoPlus website or get in touch with our Sales team.

Brevo allows you to add users in several sub-organizations at the same time directly from your Enterprise account.

    💡 Good to know
You can also click the name of a sub-organization in the Sub-organizations associated column to access the permissions of the sub-organization.
  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to add and click Add a user.
  4. Select Sub-organization user.
  5. Select the permissions that you want to give to the user. To learn more about the permissions available, check our dedicated article about user permissions and permission levels in Brevo.corporate_choose-user-permission_EN-US.png
  6. Click Confirm permissions.
  7. Select the sub-organizations you want to associate with the user.

A separate invitation will be sent for each sub-organization you associated with the user. Once your invitations are sent, they will be pending until accepted by the user. While they're still pending, you can Cancel the invitation or Invite again.
