Brevo allows you to add users in several sub-accounts at the same time directly from your Admin account. 

Add a user to multiple sub-accounts

1. Click your profile name at the top-right side of the screen and select Users.
2. In the Sub-accounts users tab, click Invite a user.
   
   
   💡 Good to know

   You can also click the name of a sub-account in the Sub-accounts associated column to access the permissions of the sub-account.
3. Enter the email address of the user you want to add and click Add a user.
4. Associate the user with a sub-account by toggling the button next to the name of the sub-account.
5. Once you've toggled the button, select the permissions that you want to give to the user. To learn more about the permissions available, check our dedicated article about user permissions and permission levels in Brevo.
   
6. Click Send invitation.
7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 as many times as needed to associate the user with other sub-accounts.

A separate invitation will be sent for each sub-account you associated with the user. Once your invitations are sent, they will be pending until accepted by the user. While they're still pending, you can Cancel the invitation or Invite again.

Edit the permissions of a user

Once a user has accepted an invitation, you can edit their permissions or revoke their access to the sub-accounts.

1. Click your profile name at the top-right side of the screen and select Users.
2. In the Sub-accounts users tab, click Edit permissions next to a user.
   
3. For the Active users (when they have accepted the invitation), you can either:
   
   • Revoke access: remove the access to the sub-account for this user.
   • Edit: modify the permissions for this user.
