Can I subscribe to multiple plans?

Brevo offers multiple plans depending on your business needs. During your onboarding to Brevo, you can select only one plan. However, once you've created your Brevo account, you can subscribe to additional plans to combine them. For example, you might subscribe to a Business Marketing Platform plan but also want to access our Pro Conversations Platform plan. 🚀 Subscribe to additional plans 

All your plan management takes place on the My Plan page.

From this page, you can manage, downgrade, upgrade, cancel your plans, subscribe to additional ones, and more. 

Let's say you just subscribed to a Pro Conversations Platform plan while onboarding to Brevo, and now you also want to subscribe to a Messaging API plan: 

  1. From Brevo, go to Your account name > My Plan
  2. From the Transactional emails section, click Add Emails

  3. Select the volume of emails you want to subscribe to every month.

    ❗️ Important
    Unused emails expire and do not roll over to the next month. 
  4. Choose if you want to pay monthly or yearly
    💡 Good to know
    When you subscribe to a yearly plan, you pay once a year, but your credits are topped up monthly. A yearly plan can help you save 10% on the total price of your purchase.
  5. Click Proceed to checkout when you have made your choice
  6. Check or complete your billing information and payment method.

You now own a Pro Conversations Platform plan and Messaging API plan

You can also subscribe to one of the other plans, from the My Plan page, by following the same process according to your needs. 

❓How will I be charged if I subscribe to multiple plans on different dates?

If you subscribe to multiple plans on different dates, you are charged only once per month on the date you first subscribed to one of our plans. You will then only receive one invoice per month from Brevo.
