Create sub-organizations

From your Enterprise account, you can easily create sub-organizations and allocate monthly credits for emails and users to each of them.

Create a sub-organization from your Enterprise account

When creating a sub-organization, you get to define the general settings, which apps are enabled for the sub-organization, and its usage limitations.

💡 Good to know
The maximum number of sub-organizations that you can create is defined in your BrevoPlus plan. If you've reached your limit of sub-organizations, contact your CSM to increase it.

To create a sub-organization from an Enterprise account:

  1. Log into your Enterprise account.
  2. From the homepage, click Add sub-organization.

Step 1: General settings

Define the profile details and general settings of your sub-organization.

  1. Account name: enter the name of the sub-organization.
  2. Email: enter the email address of the main user of the sub-organization.
  3. Language: select the language of the sub-organization.
  4. Timezone: select the timezone of the sub-organization.
  5. Click Continue.

The sub-organization has been created. You can now enable the apps for the sub-organization.

Step 2: Apps

Choose which apps are enabled for your sub-organization. You can always manage which apps are enabled later. To learn more, check our dedicated article Manage the apps for your sub-organizations.

  1. Toggle the apps you want to enable for this sub-organization.enterprise_apps-enable_EN-US.gif
  2. Click Continue.

Step 3: Consumption limitations

Set the limitations for users and emails for your sub-organization.

❗️ Important
If you choose to set no limitation on consumption, credits that are over the pre-defined limits of your plan will induce overages, that is to say, additional charges.
  1. Invite members of your team to manage the sub-organization.
  2. For emails, use the slider to define the number of credits you want to allocate to the sub-organization.

Overview

The overview on the homepage shows:

  1. The number of sub-organizations you have added / The number of sub-organizations included in your plan
  2. The number of users you have added / The number of users included in your plan
  3. The number of emails sent / The number of emails included in your plan

If you have set no limitation on the number of sub-organizations, users, or emails sent, you can also see the eventual overages.
