What is Payments?

For now, only users in France can activate Payments on their own. For others, Payments is currently only available under request and to Eurozone users. To request access to the feature, contact our Head of Payments by email: alexandre.hudavert@brevo.com.

Businesses and individuals turn to digital payment solutions to facilitate their operations. Our digital payment service, Payments, offers a user-friendly, flexible, and secure payment solution for your business. Easily create payment links to sell your products or services and share them with your customers through any communication channel, to collect their payment.

🔗 What is a payment link?

A payment link is a URL that redirects to a payment page to request and accept payments online from your customers without needing to create a website or checkout page. With Payments in Brevo, you can easily create payment links to sell products or services to your customers in just a few clicks. Each payment link is unique and corresponds to one or more products or services you want to offer your customers. You can create as many payment links as you need.

Payment links not only make collecting payments easier, but they also simplify the checkout process for your customers in a secure and encrypted way. They can purchase products and services from any device, anywhere, anytime, without creating an account

👀 How does Payments work?

Enjoy great flexibility by sharing payment links with your customers via emails, SMS, chats, and more. Once customers open your payment link, they are redirected to your payment page displaying your products or services. All they need to do is select the products or services they want to purchase, fill in their payment details, and pay:

Your customers will automatically receive a payment confirmation email once the payment is completed:

You can keep track of your transactions and receive an email notification each time a customer purchases from one of your payment links. You can also transfer your revenue to your bank account when needed; we only charge a 1% commission and VAT, if applicable

With Payments, there are no fixed or setup fees, and the app is free

🛍 What can I sell and not sell with Payments?
