View and manage your tasks

When you create a task, you have to assign them a due date. This means that this task should be finished at any date and time before this due date.

To make sure you finish your tasks on time, you can start working on them from the Tasks page sequentially. You can also filter your most urgent tasks to focus on them. If you've not finished some of your tasks on time, you can also filter your overdue tasks to try and finish them as soon as possible.

Good to know

If you have several users who each need to keep their tasks private, you can hide tasks from other users by removing their permission to Manage deals and tasks from other users. To learn more, check our dedicated article  New - Add and manage users on your Brevo account.

You can easily keep track of your current tasks and work on them from the Tasks page with the task navigator:

💡 Good to know
You can open a new tab to work on another task at the same time.
  1. Go to CRM > Tasks.
  2. (Optional) Click Add filters to filter the tasks you want to work on.
  3. Click Start ## tasks. The associated object (contact, deal, or company) details page opens, or the task modal if there is no associated object.

    1. From the taskbar you can:
      • Click All your tasks and select another task to work on in the To do tab, and see the tasks you've completed since you started working on them in the Done tab.
      • Click Next task to go to the next task in your listing.
    2. From the details page you can expand your task in the Upcoming activities section to see more information about your task.
  4. Once you have completed a task, click Mark as done to get started on the next task.

From the Tasks page, you can see your tasks due today or this week, and your overdue tasks by selecting the corresponding tab. You can also select a specific period of time.

Edit your tasks in bulk

You can mark as done, assign, reschedule, and delete your tasks in bulk.

  1. Go to CRM > Tasks.
  2. (Optional) Click Filters to filter your tasks.
  3. Select the tasks you want to edit:
    • To select multiple individual tasks, select the checkboxes next to the tasks.
    • To select all of the tasks on your current page, select the checkbox at the top left of the table.
  4. From there, you can:tasks_edit-in-bulk_en-us.png
    1. Mark the tasks as done.
    2. Assign the tasks to a user.
    3. Reschedule the tasks.
    4. Delete the tasks.
