Conversion rates
In the Conversion Rates section, you can find information on your win rate and the main reasons for lost deals. You can also access valuable insights about the efficiency of your sales process at each stage of the pipeline. By analyzing the closed deals within the selected pipeline and date range, we calculate the number of deals that successfully progressed through each stage. This data helps you understand how your stages are utilized and evaluate the performance of your sales funnel. It also allows you to identify critical exit points quickly. The grey arrows between each deal stage represent the conversion rate.
You can also view a breakdown of all the reasons why you lost deals. To view the breakdown percentages, hover over the slices of the chart. For better readability, if you have 6 or more lost reasons, only the 5 most common appear in the pie chart, with the remaining reasons grouped under Other reasons. You can still see the complete breakdown next to the chart.
Time spent
You can view the average time it takes to win deals and the average time spent in each stage for won deals. The stages in dark purple correspond to the 2 stages in which your deals spend the least and the most amount of time.
To calculate the average time to win, we use the creation dates of deals and the actual closing dates that are updated when closing a deal. The calculation excludes deals with closing dates earlier than the creation date.
To calculate the average time spent on won deals in each pipeline stage, we consider the dates when deals were updated in the system. The calculation excludes any durations less than an hour in a given stage for a deal.
Click the Team report tab to access your team report.
