💰General

💵 Am I charged for using Payments, and are there any transfer fees?

Access to Payments app is free. We do not take any fees on incoming payments. For example, if your customer pays 100€, you will receive 100€ on the Payments app. However, we charge a 1% commission and VAT, if applicablewhen you transfer the money from the Payments app to your bank account. With Payments, there are no fixed or setup fees, and the app is free.

Unlike many other payment solutions, there is no subscription or minimal volume to use Payments, and the commission is very low.

A payment link is a secure payment method for your business and your customers because it is encrypted, and only accessible to you and the people you shared the link with. It also requires your customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying with the 3-D Secure protocol
