Each time a customer purchases a product or service from one of your payment links, their money is transferred to your Payments app. You then have the possibility to transfer this money to your bank account.

Good to know
- Your revenue will be transferred to the bank account you specified when you registered to the Payments app.
- We charge a 1% commission and VAT, if applicable for each transfer to your bank account.
- The transfer of revenue from your Payments app to your bank account usually happens within 2-3 days.
💸 Transfer your revenue to your bank account
Transferring your revenue from your Payments app to your bank account only takes a few clicks:
- Go to Payments > Transactions.
- Click Transfer to your bank account.
- Enter the amount of money you want to transfer to your bank account. The amount has to be greater than 1 and under or equal to your current balance.
💡 Good to knowThe transfer fee, total amount and balance after transaction are automatically calculated and displayed in this page to help you know easily how much money in total will actually be transferred to your bank account. - Click Continue/Confirm.
Congratulations! 🎉 The revenue generated from your payment links has been transferred to your bank account. It should be visible on your bank account within 2-3 days.
Check the status and details of your transfers from Payments > Transactions ⬇️.
📈 Check your transfer from the Transactions dashboard
Your transfer will remain as Pending until it is successfully authorized by your bank. After that, the money should be visible on your bank account within 2-3 days and the transfer will then appear as Completed. The transfers to your bank account are displayed with a red - XX€ value with the Transfer to reference:
Click the Reference to access more details about your transfer, such as the bank account owner name and IBAN, total amount transferred and fees:
