Contacts can unsubscribe from your communications by clicking the unsubscription link in your emails or replying to an opt-out keyword to your SMS and WhatsApp messages. You can then view which contacts unsubscribed, as well as information about when they did or from which sender directly from your Brevo account.
Campaigns
To view the list of contacts who have unsubscribed from your email campaigns:
- Go to Contacts.
- Click + Add a filter to segment your contacts.

In the drop-down menu, select Email > Unsubscribed from emails > Email campaign. You can then specify the number of times or the period of time during which they unsubscribed, as well as specific campaign names or tags.
The contacts who have unsubscribed from your email campaigns appear in the search results.
To view the list of contacts who have unsubscribed from your SMS campaigns:
- Go to Contacts.
- Click + Add a filter to segment your contacts.

- Go to Contacts.

- In the drop-down menu, select WhatsApp > Unsubscribed from a campaign. You can then specify the number of times or the period of time during which they unsubscribed, as well as specific campaign names.
The contacts who have unsubscribed from your WhatsApp campaigns appear in the search results.
Transactional
To view the list of contacts who have unsubscribed from your transactional emails:
- Go to Contacts.
- Click + Add a filter to segment your contacts.

In the drop-down menu, select Email > Unsubscribed from emails > Transactional email. You can then specify the number of times or the period of time during which they unsubscribed, as well as specific transactional email names or tags.
The contacts who have unsubscribed from your transactional emails appear in the search results.
To view the list of contacts who are blocklisted from your transactional emails, including the ones who unsubscribed, go to Transactional > Email > Settings > Blocked or Unsubscribed contacts.

Transactional email logs
You can find information about unsubscriptions from transactional emails within your transactional email logs:
- Go to Transactional > Emails > Logs.
- Click More filters.
- From the Events dropdown, select Unsubscribed.
- Click Apply.
The list of Unsubscribed logs appears:
Automation logs
You can find information about unsubscriptions from transactional emails sent through an automation workflow within your automation logs:
- Go to Automation > Logs > Event logs.
- In the All events drop-down list, filter your logs by selecting Unsubscribed from a transactional email (Template/Tag).
- If necessary, you can also filter your logs by workflow and date.
To view the list of contacts who are blocklisted from your transactional SMS, including the ones who unsubscribed, go to Transactional > SMS > Settings > Blocked or Unsubscribed contacts.

Transactional SMS logs
You can find information about unsubscriptions from transactional SMS within your transactional SMS logs:
- Go to Transactional > SMS > Logs.
- Filter the events to only show the Unsubscribed event:
- Click the All events drop-down list.
- Select Unsubscribed.
- Click Apply.
The list of Unsubscribed logs appears:
