I can't install the Brevo plugin for WooCommerce
Before installing the Brevo plugin for WooCommerce, make sure the WooCommerce plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website. To learn more, check the WooCommerce documentation.
A "Something went wrong" error can occur if the connection between your WooCommerce store and Brevo is rejected. Make sure you've completed the pre-installation steps in Brevo plugin for WooCommerce - Install the plugin on your website, then try installing the plugin again.
Your WooCommerce store must be publicly accessible. Make sure the website doesn't require credentials to access it, such as a pop-up login window.
The REST API must be activated on your WooCommerce store. To check whether it's activated, go to https://www.yourstore.com/wp-json and replace yourstore.com with your actual WooCommerce store URL.
- If the REST API is enabled, the page displays JSON data.
- If it's disabled, you'll see a "Not found" error message.
To learn how to resolve this issue, check the WooCommerce documentation.

I'm having issues with my WooCommerce emails
The steps depend on the type of email template you're using.
If you use WooCommerce templates
In your WooCommerce admin dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email sender. From there, you can edit the "From" name and email address.
If you use Brevo templates
- In Brevo, go to Marketing > Templates > Email.
- Open the template.
- Update the sender information in the template settings.
If variables appear as-is instead of being replaced with customer or order information, check that you're using the correct variable format for your template type.
- For templates sent directly through the Brevo plugin for WooCommerce, check our dedicated article Brevo plugin for WooCommerce - Create an order confirmation email to send through WooCommerce.
- For templates sent through a Brevo automation, check our dedicated article Personalize your messages with dynamic content (Brevo Template Language).
Some WooCommerce order emails are sent only to the store owner: order cancellation, failed order, and new order. Other order status emails can be sent to both the store owner and customers.
I'm having issues with the opt-in checkbox at checkout
If you've activated the checkout opt-in checkbox but it isn't displayed on your website, your domain host provider may be blocking the PUT requests created by the plugin.
To resolve the issue, contact your domain host provider and ask them to allow the PUT requests created by the Brevo plugin for WooCommerce. Once they confirm the changes have been made, uninstall the Brevo plugin and install it again.
