You can create views to show your deals based on a combination of filters, attribute columns, and table content sorting of your choice. These views appear as tabs on your Deals page, giving you instant access to your most relevant deals.
Good to know
In the All deals tab, you can view, filter, and sort all your deals, but any changes you make to this view can only be saved as a new view.
Create a view
You can create a view from scratch or from an existing view if you want to keep some of the customization you have already added.
To create a new view:
- Go to Deals.

Click the plus icon next to the Views tabs
> Create view.
- Give a name to your view.
- Click Create view.
- Choose between the Cards or List view. On the List view, you can reorganize the attribute columns. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add or remove columns on the Companies, Deals, or Tasks page.
- Add filters and sorting to customize your view. To learn more, check our dedicated article Filter your deals.
- Click the save icon 💾 > Save view.
To create a view from an existing one:
- Click the tab corresponding to the view.
- Choose between the Cards or List view. On the List view, you can reorganize the attribute columns. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add or remove columns on the Companies, Deals, or Tasks page.
- Add filters and sorting to customize your view. To learn more, check our dedicated article Filter your deals.
- Click the save icon 💾 > Save as new view.
The view is saved.
Manage views
To manage your views:
- Go to Deals.
- To close a view, click the cross icon next to the tab name.
- To add a view, click the plus icon next to the tabs and select the view you want to display.
- To edit or delete a view:
- Click the gear icon ⚙️ next to the tabs.
- Next to a view, click the three-dot icon in the Actions column to:
- Rename a view.
- Delete a view.
