You can create and manage the companies that you interact with, using the creation form in Brevo.

You can also automate company creation and association, enrich company data automatically using Brevo’s AI-powered assistant Aura, and maintain a clean database by detecting and merging duplicate companies.

Good to know

• Nur die mit einem Sternchen gekennzeichneten Felder sind Pflichtfelder. Company name (Unternehmensname) und Owner (Eigentümer:in) sind standardmäßig Pflichtfelder. Auf der Seite Manage company creation attributes (Attribute für die Erstellung von Unternehmen verwalten) kannst du benutzerdefinierte Attribute erstellen und auswählen, welche Attribute bei der Erstellung eines Unternehmens erforderlich sein sollen.
• Auf der Detailseite eines Unternehmens kannst du die Informationen deines Unternehmens mit Hilfe des AI-gestützten Assistenten Aura von Brevo anreichern. Weitere Informationen findest du in unserem Artikel Entdecke Aura – den AI-gestützten Assistenten von Brevo.
• Wenn du mehrere Unternehmen erstellen oder aktualisieren möchtest, kannst du diese ganz einfach importieren und mit vorhandenen Kontakten oder Deals aus einer Datei verknüpfen. Unternehmen erstellen

Um ein Unternehmen zu erstellen:

1. Go to CRM > Companies.
2. Klicke auf Create company (Unternehmen erstellen). Das Fenster mit dem Erstellungsformular öffnet sich.
3. Gib Informationen über das Unternehmen in die entsprechenden Felder ein:

   In the example below, we've only enabled the default company attributes. If you've not enabled the same attributes or if you've created additional custom attributes, the fields in your creation form might be different.

   Associate company to contacts: select existing contacts or create new ones to associate with the company. Associate company to deals: select existing deals or create new ones to associate with the company. Company name: enter the name of the company. Owner: select the Brevo user to whom the company should be assigned to. Phone number: enter the main phone number of the company. Domain: enter the domain of the company. Industry: enter the type of business the company performs (e.g. Tourism, Clothing, Chemical Industries, Food, etc.). No of Employees: enter the number of people who work for the company. Revenue: enter the estimated annual revenue of the company.

4. Sobald du fertig bist, klicke auf Create (Erstellen).

Automate company management

You can automate company creation and association, as well as data enrichment. Click the account dropdown and select Settings > Companies > Automated company management.

From there, you can activate:

• Automatically create and associate companies with contacts
  When you create a new contact, Brevo automatically associates them with an existing company or creates a new one based on the contact's email domain. The email domain needs to be a custom domain name, not a free one like Gmail or Hotmail.
  ➡️  For example

  If you add a contact with the email adress "arthur@ompulse.com", this contact will be automatically associated with the company "Ompulse". If the company doesn't exist in your database yet, it will be created.
• Automatically enrich company data
  ✅ Plan availability

  Automatic company data enrichment is only available with the Sales Essentials and Sales Advanced packages. For more information, check our pricing page.
