Sub-accounts management is only available on an Enterprise plan. For more information, check our website or get in touch with our Sales team.From your Admin account, you can easily assign and manage dedicated IPs for your sub-accounts.
Manage your dedicated IPs
From the IP management tab, you can:
- View the IP, associated domain, DKIM signature, Sender Score, Sender Base, and if it's used for Marketing and/or Transactional emails.
- View the assigned sub-accounts and email addresses, as well as the number of senders that use the IP.
From the Sub-accounts and IP management tab, you can manage the dedicated IPs by assigning and deleting them from sub-accounts.
Assign a dedicated IP to a sub-account
- From the Sub-accounts tab, click + Assign IPs under a sub-account.
- Select the dedicated IPs that you want to assign to the sub-account. You can search for a specific one using the search bar.
- Click Assign.
The dedicated IPs appear below the sub-account.
- From the IP management tab, click Add sub-accounts next to a dedicated IP.
- Select the sub-accounts you want to assign the dedicated IP to. You can search for a specific one.
- Click Assign.
The sub-accounts appear below dedicated IP.
Delete a dedicated IP from a sub-account
- From the Sub-accounts tab, click 🗑️ Delete IPs under a sub-account.
- Select the dedicated IPs that you want to delete from the sub-account. If multiple dedicated IPs are assigned, you can search for a specific one using the search bar.
- Click Delete.
- From the IP management tab, click the 🗑️ icon next to a sub-account.
- Click Remove to confirm.
