Classic Admin account - Assign and manage dedicated IPs from an Admin account

From your Admin account, you can easily assign and manage dedicated IPs for your sub-accounts.

Manage your dedicated IPs

From the IP management tab, you can:

  • View the IP, associated domain, DKIM signature, Sender Score, Sender Base, and if it's used for Marketing and/or Transactional emails.
  • View the assigned sub-accounts and email addresses, as well as the number of senders that use the IP.

From the Sub-accounts and IP management tab, you can manage the dedicated IPs by assigning and deleting them from sub-accounts.

Assign a dedicated IP to a sub-account

  1. From the Sub-accounts tab, click + Assign IPs under a sub-account.
  2. Select the dedicated IPs that you want to assign to the sub-account. You can search for a specific one using the search bar.
  3. Click Assign.

The dedicated IPs appear below the sub-account.

Delete a dedicated IP from a sub-account

  1. From the Sub-accounts tab, click 🗑️ Delete IPs under a sub-account.
  2. Select the dedicated IPs that you want to delete from the sub-account. If multiple dedicated IPs are assigned, you can search for a specific one using the search bar.
  3. Click Delete.
