Automating can help you streamline your sales processes, reduce errors, and improve collaboration. It also reduces the need for manual data entry and other repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on high-value tasks requiring your expertise and judgment. This can be useful, for example, to send an email to contacts who haven't interacted in a while, contacts who have just qualified, or contacts with whom you just closed a deal.
