You can easily manage your payment methods in Brevo by adding a new one or removing an existing one.
Good to know
- Only the owner of the account can access the My plan page. If you don’t see My plan in the dropdown or can't access the page, contact the person who created the Brevo account.

Add a payment method to your Brevo account
To add a payment method to your Brevo account:
- Click the account dropdown and select My plan.
- Go to the Payment methods tab.
- Click Add a new payment method.
- Select a payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit card).
- Fill in the required billing information.
- Click Confirm.
- If you already have another payment method saved in your Brevo account, select your new payment method from the list.
- Click ⭐️ Set default to make it your default payment method.
Your new payment method will now be used for all future payments.
Remove a payment method from your Brevo account
❗️ Important
You cannot remove the last payment method saved in your Brevo account if you have an active paid subscription. To remove it, you need to either:- Cancel all active paid subscriptions, or
- Schedule a subscription cancellation.
To remove a payment method from your Brevo account:
- Click the account dropdown and select My plan.
- Go to the Payment methods tab.
- Select the payment method you want to remove from your Brevo account.
- Click 🗑️ Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm the deletion of the payment method.
The payment method has been removed from your Brevo account.
