From your Admin account, you can easily assign and manage domains and dedicated IPs for your sub-organizations.
Add and authenticate a domain
You can add and authenticate a domain directly from your Admin account:
- From the IPs management tab, go to the Domains tab.
- Click Add a domain.
- Enter your domain's name and click Associate.
- Add the DNS registrations using your domain’s DNS panel. To learn more, check step 2 of our dedicated article Authenticate your domain with Brevo and click the tab Manually authenticate.
- Click Authenticate.
Once your domain is authenticated, it is authenticated for all sub-organizations using this domain.
Assign a dedicated IP to a sub-organization
To assign a dedicated IP to a sub-organization from the homepage:
- From the homepage, click the gear icon
next to IPs assigned in a sub-organization.
- Select the dedicated IPs that you want to assign to the sub-organization. You can search for a specific one using the search bar.
- Click Confirm.
The dedicated IPs appear below the sub-organization.
To assign a dedicated IP to a sub-organization from the IPs management page:
- From the IPs management page, go to the IPs assignment tab.
💡 Good to knowFrom the IPs assignment tab, you can view the IP, associated domain, DKIM signature, Sender Score, Sender Base, and if it's used for Marketing and/or Transactional emails. You can also view the assigned sub-organizations and email addresses, as well as the number of senders that use the IP.
- Click Assign next to a dedicated IP.
- Select the sub-organizations you want to assign the dedicated IP to. You can search for a specific one.
- Click Assign.
The sub-organizations appear below the dedicated IP.
Configure your dedicated IP
You can configure your dedicated IP directly from your Admin account:
- From the IPs management tab, go to the IPs configuration tab.
- Click Edit configuration on the card of the IP you want to configure.
- Select a simple or advanced configuration. To learn more, check our dedicated article New Admin account - Set up a dedicated IP for your sub-organizations.
Delete a dedicated IP from a sub-organization
To delete a dedicated IP from a sub-organization from the homepage:
- From the homepage, click the gear icon
next to IPs assigned in a sub-organization.
- Unselect the dedicated IPs that you want to delete from the sub-organization. If multiple dedicated IPs are assigned, you can search for a specific one using the search bar.
- Click Confirm.
To delete a dedicated IP from a sub-organization from the IPs management tab:
- From the IPs management tab, go to the IPs assignment tab.

- Click the arrow icon
next to a dedicated IP.
- Click the bin icon 🗑️ next to a sub-organization.
- Click Delete to confirm.
